This was a very enjoyable buying experience. We wanted to buy 2 E-bikes but had little knowledge of of that product. Jordan was extremely patient with us as he explained the pro's and con's of different models while at the same time being aware of our abilities and intended use of the new bikes. I'm extremely happy with my purchase from Mole Hill Bikes and the customer service I received during the three days it took me to close the deal. The owner, Gerald, answered the phone promptly at opening minute on Monday morning and asked the appropriate questions to help me decide on the model of bicycle I should be looking at for my needs. When it came to the size, he offered to build a Small version (still in the box at his warehouse) of the same model so that I could test ride two different sizes (Medium and Small) when I came to make the purchase. On the day of purchase, I was greeted by professional staff and given 1 on 1 support from his son Jordan who answered all my questions on the bike, gear, and accessories. Jordan is very knowledgeable on all topics! Thanks again for a great buying experience!
