How long is the offer valid?
Our offers stand for 3 days to ensure the most competitive quote. Please note: Trade Up offers are not redeemable for cash value
How long will it take to get an offer on my bike?
We will return a valuation as soon as possible, often within one business day.
My Voucher is not being accepted, what should I do?
If you are receiving an error during the checkout process, it may be due to your cart value. All Trade Up vouchers must be fully redeemed at time of purchase.
What is the Trade Up return policy?
Your offer cannot be changed once your item has been shipped to the The Pro’s Closet. Therefore, Trade Up orders do not qualify for Giant's standard bicycle return policy. All sales are final once trade-in bike is handed over to the Selected Retailer.
Can I cancel my Trade Up order?
If an item on a Trade Up order cannot be fulfilled, the full order must be cancelled. There are no partial cancellations for Trade Up orders. The Trade Up voucher will be voided and any additional payment type will be refunded.
Do I have to use my voucher all at once?
Trade Up vouchers must be redeemed in full at checkout, cart value must equal or exceed Trade Up voucher amount.
Can I purchase Gear with my voucher?
Yes, however the shopping cart must contain a bicycle for the Trade Up voucher to be redeemed.
Who cover the shipping of my trade-in bicycle?
We will take care of boxing and shipping your trade-in bicycle to The Pro’s Closet at time of order pick up.
What does The Pro's Closet look for during their inspection?
Our trained mechanics are looking for issues that would deem the bicycle unsellable such as structural flaws in the frame or wheels or damage that affects carbon. We are less concerned with normal wear and tear.
Does the offer include small accessories such as pedals, cages, lights, etc?
The Pro’s Closet will appraise your bike submission exactly as it is pictured. Before taking photos for your submission, ensure that you plan to sell all of the parts and accessories mounted to your bike. If you want to keep any of those items, remove them first. Our non-negotiable offer will be specifically tailored to everything pictured on the bike in your submission.
Why does The Pro's Closet collect my ID information?
We are a committed industry leader and advocate for bicycle theft prevention. Every bicycle we inspect is verified by the owner’s ID and bicycle serial number. Your information will be kept confidential and secure.
